CZARINA MADA is a Mexican American actor, voiceover artist and producer raised in a small town in the Arizona/Sonora border. Awarded Best New Actress at the Hispanic Independent Theater Awards (Premios ATI) for her performance in De Amor, Locura y Muerte, and nominated the following year for Best Performance in an English Language Production for her work in Born Liars. She holds an MFA in acting from the Actors Studio Drama School and has studied under Elizabeth Kemp, Susan Aston, and Jaqueline Knapp. She is an ensemble member of the Barefoot Theater Co. and Co-Founder of VOZ, a production company with a mission to tell the stories of the heroes of everyday life; you can catch her producing and starring in their award winning Spanish film adaptation of Edward Allan Baker's Dolores. Other recent credits include Orange is the New Black (Netflix), Jack Ryan (Amazon Prime), Blue Bloods (CBS), a lead in the film The River Side Bench, the web series Is This Life?, an appearance in Renee Goust's music video for her debut single ‘Feminazi’, and the revival of Joe Pintauro’s The Raft of Medusa on stage. She was also the official voice of JCPenny, and Budlight Lime.
