Peter Collier

Peter Collier was born and raised in New Jersey, and he is PROUD of it. Peter grew up listening to Bruce Springsteen (duh!), going "down the shore" every summer, and dreaming of one day moving into "the Big City."

Rock n Roll is in Peter's blood, but acting has always been his passion. From early on, Peter had a strange obsession with the tv show "Matlock." He even asked his parents for a "Matlock doll" one Christmas. (He has yet to receive one). He would act out scenes, pretending he was working on cases, and those remain as some of his most vivid memories from childhood.

Peter would go on to earn his BA in Theatre Studies from West Chester University in Pennsylvania. He was set to move to Philadelphia after college, but ended up meeting the LAByrinth Theater Company and moved straight to New York. Through LAB, he then met his mentor Maggie Flanigan and studied with her for two years.

Also very cool...Peter has performed internationally at the Esplanade Theaters on the Bay in Singapore!
But, no matter where Peter travels, he can't wait to get back to NYC.
